- I personally carefully package all of our products to ensure they arrive safely. I cannot however, be responsible for them once they leave my hands.
- USPS Insurance is optional for orders under $50, but recommended for $1.75 for every $50. Any order over $50 will automatically have insurance added.
- Every box is shipped with a delivery confirmation (please contact for your personal tracking number)
- International Orders will be shipped via First Class International USPS.

- All
orders will are hand made once the order is placed, therefore please
allow up to 10 days prior to your order shipping. If additional time
is needed for an item, details will be noted on the product page.
- If
you are in a rush for your item, please let us know. Often times, we
are able to accommodate your request, however an additional fee may be
charged.
- Items will be shipped to the address provided via PayPal or Google Checkout. Before hitting confirm on an order, please double check that the shipping address is correct. Punk Pixie Creations cannot be held responsible if an incorrect address is provided.
