RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect on our part. Each article is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. We are not reponsible for damage incurred from normal wear and tear or from shipping

We attempt to offer our customers the highest quality products we can find. All handmade items are made when the order is placed to the customer's specifications.
Heat sealing techniques are used on our bow ends to prevent fraying.
Some of our items are made with objects that could pose a choking hazard.
Never leave a young child unattended while using our items.
